CRAB AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. cooked crab meat
2 lbs. cooked shrimp
1 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
3 tbsp. cooking sherry

Melt butter over low heat, add flour; stir well until blended. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk and return to heat. Cook, stirring constantly until thick and smooth. Add Cheez Whiz and sherry. Remove from heat. Fold in crab and shrimp. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch casserole. Top with buttered cracker crumbs (Ritz) and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until crumbs are light brown and bubbly (approximately 25 minutes). Serves 10-12 people.
