ASPARAGUS ROLL - UPS 
1 can Green Giant asparagus stems
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 oz. blue cheese
1 egg
1 loaf Pepperidge Farm sandwich bread
Butter, melted

Mix together cream cheese, blue cheese and egg. Remove crust and roll each piece of bread rather flat. Spread mix in bread, then place asparagus stem on each. Roll up and cut in thirds. Brush with melted butter. Freeze on cookie sheet. To serve, bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 54.
