SCALLOPED SCALLOPS 
1 1/2 lb. Bay scallops
1/4 tsp. salt
20 Ritz crackers
Pepper
Paprika
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. minced chives
4 tbsp. light cream

Wash and drain scallops. Crumble crackers. Mix with the butter and chives. Arrange alternate layers of cracker crumbs and 2 layers of scallops. Pour cream over surface. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4. Also good with filet fish substituted for scallops.
