CHERRY CHEESE CAKE 
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 pt. sour cream
4 heaping tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can or jar pie fruit

Mix Ricotta and cream cheese together, making sure there are no lumps. Add eggs and sugar. Alternate sour cream and flour until all is mixed. Add vanilla.

Grease and flour 9x13 glass baking dish. Pour all the batter it. (It will look like it is too much.) Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let cool and then add topping.
