BROCCOLI - CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
4 stalks fresh broccoli (use only flowerettes)
8 lg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 med. green pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. head cauliflower (broken into flowerettes)

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cider vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. poppyseed

Mix and pour over salad. Chill at least 3 hours.
