CORNED BEEF AND SAUERKRAUT 
1 lb. Deli corned beef
1/2 to 3/4 lb. Swiss cheese
1 lb. bag sauerkraut, drained
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix together. Spread in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 20 to 25 minutes. May be used as main dish or served as appetizer with rye bread and Thousand Island Dressing.
