CALLIE'S PECAN PIE 
3 eggs (whole)
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 1/2 c. pecans
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 (9") bought pie crusts or 1 homemade pie crust

Beat eggs, add butter, flour, salt, sugar and syrup. Put nuts in bottom of pie shells. Pour mixture over nuts, bake in hot oven, 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 40 minutes.
