BING CHERRY MOLD 
2 cans dark sweet cherries, pitted
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cherry Jello
1 c. port wine
2/3 c. chopped pecans, optional

Drain cherries and add enough water to syrup to make 2 1/4 cups liquid. Bring to boil, add gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Add wine and chill. When slightly thickened, add cherries and pour into mold. Serve with sour cream or a combination of mayonnaise, sour cream, Cool Whip, bit of sugar. This is great for Christmas dinner.
