PEANUT SAUCE 
3/4 c. unsalted peanut butter
2/3 c. water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. finely minced fresh ginger
1 sm. clove garlic, finely minced
Cayenne pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in food blender. Process to a thin, smooth sauce. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds or minced scallions on top before serving. Serve with noodles.
