WHEAT BUNS 
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lard
2 tsp. salt
2 c. wheat flour
4 1/2 tsp. yeast
White flour

Put 4 cups boiling water into a large bowl and then add molasses, sugar, lard and salt. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add yeast and wheat flour to mixture. Beat this with some white flour and then add enough white flour to make a soft dough. Let rise, knead. Let rise again and then form into buns. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
