1 env. Shake 'n Bake coating mix, bar-b-q flavored
1 tsp. oregano
2 1/2 lb. cut up chicken
1/2-3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Place seasoned coating mix and oregano in shaker bag; shake to blend. Moisten, coat and bake chicken as directed on package. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese has melted. Makes 4 servings.
