1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped fine 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip 8 oz. cream cheese 2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding 3 c. cold milk Mix flour, butter and walnuts and pat into greased 9"x13" pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cool well. Beat powdered sugar and Cool Whip until fluffy, add cream cheese and beat again. Spread over crust. Beat pudding and milk until thick and pour over other mixture. Spread additional Cool Whip on top. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Serves 12 to 16. Can substitute other puddings. |
