PEA SALAD 
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 head lettuce, shredded
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
3 eggs, hard cooked and sliced
1 c. cherry tomatoes

Combine mayonnaise, salt, pepper, peas, onion, celery, and green pepper. Cover and chill for several hours. Line large, flat dish with shredded lettuce. Spoon mayonnaise mixture over top of lettuce. Garnish with bacon all over top. Place sliced boiled eggs and tomatoes attractively on top. This is a beautiful salad - it is also very, very, very good.
