ORANGE WALNUT SALAD 
2 sm. heads Bibb lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1 lb. fresh spinach, torn into bite size pieces
2 oranges, peeled, seeded and sectioned
1/2 med. onion, sliced and separated into rings
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
2 tsp. butter, melted
Sweet-Sour Dressing (recipe follows)

Place first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Saute walnuts in butter until lightly browned; add to lettuce mixture. Toss with Sweet-Sour Dressing. Yields 6-8 servings.

SWEET-SOUR DRESSING:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seeds
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. grated onion

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Chill several hours. Shake again before serving over salad. Yields 1 3/4 cups.
