LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, diced
1 lb. sausage (Jimmie Dean)
1 sm. green pepper, diced
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
24 oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 (12 oz.) pkg. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 lg. pkg. lasagna noodles

Cook and drain lasagna noodles. Place half of noodles in greased 8 x 10 inch dish. Brown and drain: Hamburger, sausage, onion and pepper. Combine with meat mixture and simmer 1 hour: Tomato sauce, oregano, garlic salt and parsley flakes. Mix well and set aside: Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and eggs.

Spread half of meat and sauce mixture on noodles. Spread half of cheese mixture on top and half of mozzarella cheese on top. Repeat layering. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 10-15 minutes before serving.
