1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Pour into a 9-inch greased pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes or until custard is set. Serve cold.
