1 chicken, cut up
2 c. flour
1 pkg. Zesty Italian dry salad dressing
3/4 c. of cooking oil

Mix flour and seasoning in bowl. Wash chicken well. Dip chicken in flour mixture. Place in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Pour cooking oil over each piece of chicken so that each is coated evenly.
