HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. can mushrooms (save liquid)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. beef broth
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. pkg. egg noodles

Lightly brown ground beef in skillet. Add onion and mushrooms, continue to cook a few minutes. Remove from heat and blend in flour. Add broth, mushroom liquid, salt, pepper and ketchup. Cook 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Add sour cream and blend well. Heat a couple minutes. Cook egg noodles as directed on package and drain. Serve stroganoff over egg noodles.
