CHICKEN ROTEL 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
1 lg. bag Dorito chips
3-4 chicken breasts, boiled & deboned
1 (1 lb.) Velveeta cheese, may use part jalapeno Velveeta (optional)

Boil chicken and remove from bone. Heat soups and tomatoes in saucepan. In buttered, deep casserole, place in layers: Doritos, chicken, onion, pepper, cheese and then soups. Repeat layers until all ingredients are gone. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes.
