CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked
4 c. cooked chicken pieces
2 cans cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Place broccoli in casserole dish. Add chicken. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry. Pour over top of chicken and broccoli. Top with Cheddar cheese and Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
