CUBED STEAKS, COUNTRY-STYLE 
4 cubed steaks
3 tbsp. fat
Flour, salt and pepper
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. water

Melt fat in skillet; dip steaks in flour and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown with onion in hot fat. Prepare remaining ingredients and pour over steaks. Cover and cook slowly until meat is fork tender, about 20 minutes. Add a little water if it gets too thick.
