18 Oreo's, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 qts. coffee ice cream or mint or other flavor

SAUCE:

1/4 c. melted butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk (sm. can)

Mix crushed Oreo's with butter. Spread over bottom of a 9 x 12 inch pan. Press into pan; put in freezer. Soften ice cream; spread over preceding mixture. Freeze until hard.

Cook sauce ingredients for 4 minutes; stir often. Cool; spread over ice cream. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
