1 c. buttermilk
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 pkg. shortbread chocolate stripe cookies

Freeze cookies. Put in a bag and crush. Dissolve pudding mix in the buttermilk. Add crushed pineapple with the juice. Add drained oranges and Cool Whip. Mix well. Add crushed cookies just before serving.
