ZUCCHINI SPICE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. finely chopped zucchini
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. water
3 eggs
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Beat all ingredients on low speed until blended or about 1 minute. Beat on medium speed about 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
