PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES 
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 c. nuts
3/4 c. butter
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
1 c. coconut
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 c. pumpkin
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine flour, oats, nuts, butter and pudding. Blend well. Press into ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. In same bowl, combine rest of ingredients. Blend well. Pour into crust. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until knife comes out clean. Cool. Cut in squares. Serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream. Makes 12 to 15 squares.
