CRAB STUFFED FRANK STEAK 
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 c. crab
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. canned pimento, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped onion
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can mushrooms or sauteed mushrooms, chopped
1 lg. egg
1/2 c. wine

Score flank steak in side only. Braise steak slightly. Pour wine over bread crumbs. Mix all other ingredients, rub steak with melted butter, cheese and crab mixture. Roll jelly style. Bake at 350 degrees until done about 45 minutes.
