RING MACARONI SALAD 
1/2 c. lemon juice
4 whole eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 apple
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 (7 oz.) cooked ring macaroni
2-3 c. Cool Whip

Beat eggs and lemon juice into flour and sugar. Then, cook and boil. Let stand until cool. Add 1 apple, peeled and shredded, marshmallows, pineapple and macaroni. Mix fruit and macaroni with first mixture. Add Cool Whip. Chill and top with maraschino cherries.
