SALMON STRATA 
6 oz. pkg. Caesar salad croutons
1 lb. can red salmon, flaked
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Beat eggs, milk and soup. Stir in croutons, salmon, green pepper and onion. Pour into buttered casserole 11 x 7 inch (or 9 x 13 inch). Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
