1 lg. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 c. milk
1 lg. Cool Whip
Vanilla wafers
Bananas

Combine instant pudding with cream cheese and Eagle brand. Add other milk and 1/2 of Cool Whip. Beat with mixer until smooth. Layer vanilla wafers, bananas and pudding. Top with remaining Cool Whip and crumbled vanilla wafers. Chill.
