CHEESE GRITS SOUFFLE 
1 1/2 c. instant grits
1 lb. Old English cheese
1 tsp. salt
6 c. water
3 eggs
1 stick butter
3 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
Dash of paprika

Grease and 11 x 8 inch Pyrex pan. Cook grits as directed on box. Separate eggs and beat egg yolks well. Mix all ingredients. Whip egg whites and fold into mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
