1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. raw rice
1 chicken, cut in pieces
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Mix soups and milk, reserve half. Add rice to other half. Pour into well greased cake pan or roaster. Put chicken pieces on top. Add onion soup mix to the reserved soups and pour over chicken. Cover with foil or cover. Bake 350 for about 1 1/2 hours, last 15 minutes uncover until brown.
