HOMESTYLE SKILLET CHOPS 
4 thick pork chops
4 thick slices onion
1 (16 oz.) can Campbell's pork and beans
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard

In skillet, brown chops (use shortening if necessary), pour off fat. Season with salt and pepper; top chops with onion. Cover; cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, 15 minutes more or until done. Stir occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
