BREAKFAST MUFFINS 
1 egg
2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. oil

Beat together well, then mix in 3/4 cup blueberries or 3/4 cup raspberries or 3/4 cup pared apple cubes and 1 teaspoon cinnamon or 3/4 cup chocolate chips. Bake 15-18 minutes at 400 degrees.
