CORN PUDDING 
1 can whole corn, drained
3 eggs, well beaten
1 can Pet milk
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter

Beat eggs. Add milk, salt, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Place corn in the mixture and pour into a well buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Check with a knife to make sure the pudding has cooked in the middle. This amount serves a good 6 or 8 servings.
