1 box cook and serve vanilla pudding
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch bits
1 c. nuts, chopped

Prepare 1 box cook and serve vanilla pudding. Cool slightly. Add 1 box yellow cake mix. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Cover with 12 ounce package of butterscotch bits and one cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes. Cool. Cut in squares. Easy to make!
