SKILLET SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 1/2 oz. pkg. onion soup mix
1 qt. hot water
1 c. sliced carrots (about 4)
4 oz. med. noodles
1 pkg. frozen peas

Brown beef in pan. Mix in parsley, soup mix, water and carrots. Bring to boiling point, reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes. Add noodles and peas. Cover and cook until noodles are tender.
