GRAND MARNIER SWEET POTATOES 
3 to 4 sweet potatoes
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. water
1 to 1 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier

Boil potatoes with skins al dente. Peel and slice. Fan potatoes in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Combine in a small saucepan sugar, butter, raisins and water. Bring to a boil before adding Grand Marnier. Pour over potatoes. Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees, basting occasionally. Serves 6. Can be prepared ahead.
