BEEF-OLIVE SPREAD 
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. dry sherry
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 (2 1/2 to 3 oz.) pkg. smoked sliced beef, finely snipped
1/4 c. pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped

Soften minced onion in dry sherry. Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add the sherry and onion mixture. Stir in snipped smoked beef and olives. Serve on assorted crackers.
