2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. sugar
1 angel food cake
2 qts. strawberries
3 tbsp. sugar
Almond extract to taste

In small bowl whip cream, add sugar and vanilla. Set aside. In large bowl cream sugar, cream cheese and sour cream; then fold in whipped cream mixture. Break cake into small pieces and add to cream mixture. In separate bowl slice strawberries and mix sugar and almond extract to taste. In large glass bowl layer starting with berries, then cake mixture, ending with berries. Cover with plastic wrap and chill well.
