SWEET PEPPER RELISH 
12 red sweet peppers
12 green sweet peppers
6 lg. onions
1 pt. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt

Chop peppers and onions or put through coarse grinder. Pour boiling water over the mixture and let stand on the stove for 15 minutes. Drain and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for 15 minutes. Ladle into sterilized jars and seal.
