CHEESE BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 stalks broccoli
2 c. smoked sausage, cubed
2 c. milk
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. Velveeta cheese

Cook broccoli in water until tender. Drain; add milk, chopped sausage and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese has melted, season to taste.
