BANANA NUT BREAD 
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. Jiffy baking mix
1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Cream shortening and sugar. Combine remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Pour into greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 55 minutes.
