1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. hot water
Pinch of salt

Add 1 small can evaporated milk and pinch of salt. (Stir to keep from curdling.) Set in refrigerator. Stir several times as it begins to congeal. Take from refrigerator and add:

1 sm. can pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix well and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
