MR B'S CANDY FUDGE 
This recipe is extremely easy to make. No candy thermometer needed!

1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg miniature marshmallows
2 (12 oz. ea.) pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups chopped nuts, walnuts or pecans (optional)

In an 8-quart pot, on low heat, melt butter and pour in marshmallows. Stir with wooden spoon until smooth. Add chocolate chips. Stir until dissolved. Set aside.

Mix sugar and evaporated milk in medium saucepan over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour the above syrup mixture over chocolate and marshmallow mixture, stirring well.

Add vanilla and nuts, stirring well.

Pour into 13x9-inch greased baking pan. Cool. Cut into squares. Store in covered containers at room temperature.
