MICRO FUDGE 
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix powdered sugar and cocoa together first; then add milk and vanilla, mix again. Place stick of butter on top. Cook on high in microwave for 2 minutes. Stir until butter is melted. If lumpy use beater. Add nuts, stir. Pour into 8 x 8 inch greased pan. Refrigerate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
