ANGEL HAIR PASTA WITH BROCCOLI 
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. broccoli, flowerets only
1/3 c. milk
Freshly ground pepper
1/2 lb. angel hair pasta
1/4 - 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
4-6 tbsp. Romano cheese, grated

Saute the garlic in the oil until it begins to brown. Add the onion, broccoli and saute until the broccoli is barely tender. Stir in the cream and the pepper. Keep warm, but do not boil. Meanwhile, cook the pasta for a few minutes in boiling water. Drain and toss with the cheeses. Add the broccoli mixture and toss again. Serves 3-4.
