ITALIAN DRESSING 
1 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. ground thyme
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Shake all ingredients in tightly covered jar; refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Yield: 1 1/2 cups dressing.
