3 pkg. frozen spinach (thawed)
6 eggs
1 stick melted butter
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
6 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 pkg. shredded cheese

Put 2 packages cheese in mixture and 1 package on top of casserole.
