SPAGHETTI CARBONARA | |
1 lb. spaghetti 2 sm. white onions, chopped 4 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. dry white wine 5 slices bacon, chopped 3 eggs, beaten 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Liberal amount black pepper Saute onions in butter until soft. Stir in wine and add bacon. Cook until wine evaporates. In a large bowl put beaten eggs, parsley, cheese and black pepper; beat. Cook spaghetti (al dente) drain. Toss and garnish with hot onions and bacon. Serves 4-6. |
