ASPARAGUS SOUFFLE | |
1 can asparagus chopped or 1 pkg. frozen 2 c. heavy cream sauce 3 eggs, beaten separately 1 c. grated cheese 2 pimientos, chopped Mix, adding egg whites last. Put in buttered casserole, set in pan of hot water and cook about 45 minutes in medium oven until firm. |
